Kelsie McGurrin

Professional Experience

Kelsie McGurrin is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist at Hear Clear, Inc. (Miracle-Ear in Langhorne, PA), and she is responsible for conducting hearing tests and fitting hearing aids for Miracle-Ear customers. Kelsie has personally been in the top five running for The Charles Holland Award from Amplifon Hearing Health Care, and continues to display her professional excellence in the office on a daily basis.

Credentials

Kelsie has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from James Madison University, and she worked for The Virginia Institute of Autism as a registered Behavior Technician before joining Miracle-Ear in 2015.

Kelsie is passionate about helping improve customers' lives through the gift of hearing. She enjoys developing a relationship with each customer and learning about their lives so that she can better assist them with their hearing loss.

Professional Experience

Brian Rafferty is the president and owner of Hear Clear, Inc. (DBA Miracle-Ear). With five Miracle-Ear locations throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania, Brian's responsibilities include guiding and overseeing the daily operations and future growth of each Miracle-Ear center as well as the education and betterment of his team of professionals.

Credentials

Brian has a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy and worked for Eli Lilly & Co. as a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing before launching Hear Clear, Inc. in 2013. He is married with five children.

Professional Experience

Allison DiClemente is a Front Office Associate at Hear Clear Inc. (DBA Miracle-Ear). Allison is responsible for customer service, scheduling, and assisting Kelsie with day-to-day operations.

Allison has a background in law enforcement, and customer service. In her free time, Allison enjoys family, travel, and spending time with her husband and two amazing daughters.

Allison has multiple members of her family who have hearing loss. She has seen the positive changes in her parents and brother since purchasing hearing aids, and enjoys seeing the same excellent results at work every day.

While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

*Miracle-Ear® lifetime aftercare not included with hearing aids purchased utilizing some insurance benefits.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
