Dr. Hilary (Rosenstrauch) Steele, Au.D. received a Master of Arts in Audiology and Hearing Science from Northwestern University and Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida. Dr. Steele has enjoyed a diverse career with over 20 years of extensive experience as a clinician, educator and researcher.
Dr. Steele was an assistant professor in the Department of Communication Disorders and Sciences at Rush University in Chicago, research audiologist at GN Resound and held a position as Director of Audiological Research for Personics Labs.
This experience lead Dr. Steele to become Director of Professional Development for Miracle-Ear Florida. Her focus in this leadership role is to bring her clinical expertise and technical knowledge to practitioners and improve their success treating hearing loss with hearing instruments.
Dr. Steele is active in professional service and served three years on the Board of Trustees to the American Academy of Audiology Foundation (AAAF) and was the Chair of the AAAF Development committee. In addition, she serves on various American Academy of Audiology (AAA) committees and has recently taken the position of assistant editor for the Journal of Otolaryngology and ENT Research.
