Professional Experience

Chris has been licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist by the Florida Licensing Board within the Florida Department of Health. In addition, he has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received his Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. He has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, Deep Canal Impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.
Chris served in the optical industry for 15 years before bringing his expertise to Miracle-Ear, where he has been helping patients since 2008. In his spare time Chris serves on the Board for a Bay Area Greyhound Rescue organization.

Bre is fully trained and completely certified by Miracle-Ear as a Professional Assistant. Bre is a proud wife, mother, and grandma. She loves spending time with her dogs, Gabby and Maggie, and a perfect Sunday for her includes church and NASCAR. She has been with Miracle-Ear since 2009 and loves every minute she spends helping people.

Hearing loss can happen to anyone. Today, more than 48 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss. There are three types of hearing loss: sensorineural, conductive and mixed hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

*Miracle-Ear® lifetime aftercare not included with hearing aids purchased utilizing some insurance benefits.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.

A hearing aid checkup is a chance for us to check on how your hearing aid is working and how it fits, and it will also let us touch base with you about when and how often you're wearing your hearing aids. Each checkup includes:
A thorough cleaning of the hearing aid
An ear inspection for excess earwax
A check of all hearing aid components
A check for proper fit
