Shelly York

Professional Experience

Shelly York is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and has been licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist by the Arkansas Licensing Board within the Arkansas Department of Health. She has also been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received her Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. In addition, she has been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, and Deep Canal Impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.
Shelly has been a licensed hearing professional since 2014 and has an MBA from LSU-Shreveport. She is originally from Louisiana but loves Arkansas and lives in Little Rock with her husband and three children: Easton, Lily, and Jack. Her hobbies include being outdoors with her family and trying new restaurants.

While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
