John became a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 1998. He went on to become National Board Certified in 2004. He states " hearing care has become my passion since my wife and I both have hearing loss and each wear hearing instruments. I have had the honor to help countless people with the profession I am in. I understand that the patient is not the only the one that has the loss I help but the families and coworkers, all that come in contact with the person."
