Jordan started her career with Miracle-Ear as an Office Manager and quickly discovered that helping people hear was a true passion for her. Her favorite thing about her profession is witnessing the light return to someone's face when they are finally able to hear their loved ones again. Jordan values patient care and customer service above all else, which led her to receive the Miracle-Ear Make a Difference Award in 2022.
In her free time, Jordan spends quality time with her husband, her young son, and their two fur babies. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
