For the past 30 + years I have worked in the “Medical/ Customer Service Field." At 17 I became a Certified Nurse's Aide and I have done everything from working in a nursing home to medical receptionist and a little bit of everything else in between. When you are working in the Customer Service some things you need to possess are compassion, understanding and patience.

I have to say this last year with Miracle-Ear has been one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had. When you see a face light up and tears running down a customer's face as they are hearing again for the first time--in most cases years--it's a special moment that I have been able to witness. I love to make people smile, I always greet every patient with a huge smile and I do the best I can to always have a sense of humor and be compassionate. Like they say, laughter is the best medicine. Foundation
