Jordan is licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board. In addition, she has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received her Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. She has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, Deep Canal Impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.
Jordan attended Sinclair Community College and worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 10 years before moving to the hearing healthcare field in 2023. In her free time, Jordan coaches girls’ soccer.

Kelly Doyle is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. In addition, she has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received her Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. She has been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, Deep Canal Impressions, Cerumen Management, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs. Kelly is also an active member of the International Hearing Society.

While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
