A mainstay within the Miracle-Ear organization, Joyce Hill-Cooley has been involved in helping improve lives through better hearing for more than 25 years. A Registered Nurse, Hill-Cooley left the nursing field to join Miracle-Ear as a hearing aid dispenser in 1987. She took over leadership of the southeast Missouri franchise in 1992 and has since built it into one of the nation’s top Miracle-Ear franchises of its size. Miracle-Ear Centers Serving Southeast Missouri has expanded to eight locations under Hill-Cooley’s leadership and has earned Miracle-Ear’s Platinum Club distinction 10 times. Known for fostering and cultivating talent within her Franchise, Hill-Cooley has mentored numerous Front Office Associates and Hearing Instrument Specialists. She has earned 20-year All-Star recognition from the International Hearing Society. Hill-Cooley resides in Cape Girardeau, Mo., with her husband. Now in semi-retirement, she enjoys church, camping and spending time with her seven grandchildren.
Molly Hill Ford quite literally grew up in the Miracle-Ear franchise. The daughter of longtime franchisee Joyce-Hill Cooley, Hill Ford has been around the hearing aid business as far back as she can remember. She left a retail management career to join the family business in 2016 and has since become a managing partner of Miracle-Ear Centers Serving Southeast Missouri. A licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, Hill Ford manages the day-to-day operations of the franchise’s eight locations. The franchise has earned Miracle-Ear Platinum Club honors twice under Hill Ford’s leadership. Hill-Ford has a bachelor’s degree from SIU Carbondale. She resides in Cape Girardeau, Mo., with her husband and two sons.
